Are you a compassionate healthcare professional with an active 40-hour CRMA certification who enjoys supporting seniors, leading teams, and making a difference every day? Woodlands Senior Living is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee resident care, team development, admissions, and daily operations within our assisted living and memory care community. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional resident-centered care and must complete PSS training within 120 days of hire. 


What you will do as a Program Coordinator:

  • Coordinate daily staffing schedules and support care operations
  •  Supervise, train, coach, and mentor team members
  •  Oversee resident assessments, service plans, and care delivery
  •  Monitor quality of care, resident outcomes, and regulatory compliance
  • Support the admissions process and resident transitions
  •  Address resident concerns and promptly report complaints or rights issues
  •  Assist with maintaining a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • A current, valid 40-Hour Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) certification is required.
  • Must be willing to complete PSS training.
  • Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella, Influenza and COVID
  • A current, valid license to operate a vehicle in the state of Maine and a driving record that is satisfactory to the company may be required.
  • Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision.
Salary Description
$24.00 - $35.00 per hour
