Position Summary

Resicum International, LLC is immediately hiring an experienced U.S. Army AH-64E 15R Aviation Maintenance Advisor (AMA) to support an active program in Morocco.

This is an immediate hiring opportunity for a qualified AH-64E 15R professional who meets the experience, technical, citizenship, and security clearance requirements listed below.

The Aviation Maintenance Advisor will provide training and technical assistance to Moroccan maintenance personnel supporting the AH-64E Apache helicopter.

The AMA will conduct training that includes classroom academics and hands-on demonstrations and will assist with the development of Morocco's training plan for maintenance personnel focused on the skills and responsibilities of a U.S. Army 15R AH-64E Attack Helicopter Repairer.

The ideal candidate will have extensive AH-64D/E maintenance experience, technical inspection experience, and the ability to provide effective classroom and hands-on instruction in an international environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training for AH-64E maintenance personnel.
• Provide technical instruction based on U.S. Army 15R AH-64E maintenance skills and procedures.
• Assist with the development and implementation of a maintenance training plan.
• Provide technical advice and guidance on AH-64E maintenance operations.
• Support the development of Moroccan maintenance personnel through practical demonstrations and instruction.
• Apply extensive AH-64D/E maintenance experience to identify and address maintenance-related issues.
• Provide technical guidance related to aircraft maintenance procedures, inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance operations.
• Support maintenance program development and improvement.
• Coordinate with program personnel and customer representatives as required.
• Maintain professional documentation and training records.
• Perform other duties related to AH-64E maintenance training and technical assistance as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Previous qualification as a U.S. Army AH-64E Aircraft Repairer (MOS 15R).
• Experience managing AH-64E maintenance programs.
• Minimum 10 years of experience performing or supervising helicopter maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years of AH-64D or AH-64E maintenance experience requiring 15R-level skills.
• Minimum 1 year of AH-64D/E Technical Inspector (TI) experience.
• Ability to conduct classroom instruction and hands-on maintenance training.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, maintenance personnel, and program leadership.
• Ability to work independently in an overseas environment.

Desired Qualifications

• AH-64E Version 6 (v6) maintenance experience.
• U.S. Army Schoolhouse Instructor experience.
• Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE) experience.
• Previous experience providing maintenance training or technical assistance to foreign military personnel.
• Previous experience working in an international or overseas government contracting environment.
