SUMMARY
A Maintenance Coordinator is the central organizer of maintenance activities—planning, scheduling, coordinating technicians, vendors, and resources to keep Maintenance facilities operating efficiently, with duties ranging from preventive maintenance planning to GXP control and safety compliance.
OVERVIEW
The selected candidate will ensure smooth maintenance operations by acting as the communication and scheduling hub between technicians, managers, and external service providers. They work across industries including manufacturing, facilities management, and property management.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
· Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
· Monitor work order status, provide updates, and ensure timely completion.
· Receive and store parts in an organized and easily accessible manner. Complete frequent inventory cycle counts and ensures parts are available when needed.
· Partner with Front Deska and Housekeeping to ensure repairs are being scheduled with priority considerations.
· Coordinate with supervisors, managers, and maintenance managers to execute maintenance plans.
· Communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to arrange repairs and inspections.
· Assist with scheduling maintenance staff and technicians.
· Manage spending, invoices, and procurement of supplies.
· Oversee inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
· Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
· Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and work order documentation.
· Other administrative duties as needed.
