- Build and assemble torque converters, including impellers, turbines, stators, bearings and seals
- Machine converter components using manual lathes, mills, grinders and other tools
- Inspect parts and finished units with micrometers, calipers and gauges
- Keep accurate records of specifications, assembly procedures and inspection results
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment, and report any malfunctions
- Help box products, assemble kits and count inventory between builds
- Take ownership of your work and look for ways to make it better.
- Help keep our workplace safe, organized and respectful.
What you bring:
- Passion for what you do and pride in your work.
- A commitment to showing up, following through and doing the right thing.
- High school diploma
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Basic automotive mechanical experience and general mechanical knowledge
- Skill with basic mechanic tools
