At JTM Foods, home of JJ's Pies, we're growing, and we're looking for experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians who want more than just another job.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls, motors, sensors, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to keep production moving.
• Install, modify, and improve machinery and production equipment.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and reliable manufacturing environment.

Candidates with strong hands-on technical skills and less experience are also encouraged to apply.

What We're Looking For

• Experience maintaining or repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
• Experience with PLCs, motors, conveyors, and automated equipment is highly desirable.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• A problem solver who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to make a difference.

Five or more years of industrial maintenance experience preferred. Candidates with strong hands-on technical skills and less experience are also encouraged to apply.
