Description

Powering the Business of Music

Vydia is the technology, infrastructure, and services behind some of the most exciting independent labels and artists in the industry. We handle the complexity so creatives can focus on what they do best.

About the Role

We are hiring an Integration Specialist to join our Tech Services team and own the technical delivery of our white-label platform offering. That platform is how labels and distributors launch their own branded music business on Vydia’s infrastructure.

You will build tailored demo environments that help win new clients, convert them into live production platforms, and connect the DSP supply chains that get music to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and beyond. After launch, you will keep each client’s platform healthy, secure, and running. You will work closely with Tech Sales, Client Success, Creative Services, and Product Development. To our clients, you will be the technical partner they trust from the first demo through launch and every day after.

What You Will Do

  • Configure sandbox demo accounts tailored to each prospect’s brand, DSP agreements, and data needs. Partner with Account Representatives on demos and technical discovery to scope exactly what each client needs to go live
  • Convert sandbox environments into production-ready accounts, covering configuration, branding, domains, users, catalog and rights data, and payment settings
  • Own launch readiness end to end: QA, data validation, and a smooth go-live
  • Set up and integrate delivery pipelines that connect client platforms to streaming and social services, so content, metadata, and assets flow accurately
  • Troubleshoot delivery rejections and ingestion errors in partnership with internal teams and DSPs’ Ops teams.
  • Collaborate with Creative Services to advise on Brand best practices. Communicate specs and collect assets to implement the client-specific customizations, integrations, and workflows that make each white-label deployment stand out
  • Lead technical onboarding and handle ongoing client requests with sound judgment on what to solve directly and what to escalate
  • Monitor white-label client domains for uptime, performance, and SSL/DNS health, and catch issues before clients notice them
  • Serve as the first line of technical support for white-label clients, diagnosing issues across platforms, domains, integrations, and deliveries
  • Escalate complex issues to Product Development with clear context and reproduction steps, and keep clients informed until resolution
  • Bring patterns from client requests and support issues to Product to help shape the white-label roadmap
  • Create and maintain technical guides, SOPs, and FAQs for setup, launch, DSP integration, and troubleshooting
  • Find repeatable steps in the build and launch process, and help standardize or automate them so every deployment is faster and more consistent

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in a client-facing technical role such as integrations, implementation, solutions engineering, or technical support, ideally at a SaaS or platform company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong working knowledge of web technologies, RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data formats like JSON and XML
  • Hands-on experience with DNS management, SSL certificates, and domain configuration
  • Experience configuring multi-tenant, white-label, or enterprise SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with uptime and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Pingdom, or UptimeRobot
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and a sharp eye for detail, especially around data mapping and integration errors
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • A client-first mindset and a talent for building trusted relationships
  • Willingness to travel for on-site team meetings as needed

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the music industry supply chain: DSP delivery, DDEX standards, metadata, rights management, or royalty data
  • Experience with AWS, GitHub, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python, or PHP
  • Experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
