The JOB

Jekyll Island Club Resort is seeking an experienced and professional Bell Captain to oversee daily bell services and ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival through departure.

The Bell Captain is responsible for coordinating and supervising bell staff, managing luggage handling and delivery, overseeing valet parking operations, and ensuring efficient guest transportation and assistance services. This position serves as a key point of contact for arriving and departing guests while maintaining the resort's luxury hospitality and service standards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage daily operations, support team members, resolve guest concerns, and collaborate effectively with the Front Office team. A commitment to professionalism, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest service is essential for success in this role.
