Are You a Sales-Driven Dental Professional Who Knows How to Close Cases and Drive Production?

We're looking for a confident, persuasive, results-driven Dental Treatment Coordinator / Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced dental environment and knows how to turn treatment recommendations into scheduled appointments!

This isn't your typical front desk or administrative position. We're searching for a natural leader with a sales-oriented mindset who can confidently present treatment plans, overcome objections, maximize case acceptance, and keep our doctors' schedules full.

If you're competitive, motivated by performance, and love the opportunity to earn more based on your results, we'd love to meet you!

About Our Practices

You'll have the unique opportunity to work between two connected, established dental practices in Dearborn Heights, Michigan:

  • Cambridge Dental Group: Our comprehensive general dentistry practice.
  • Wave Dental Specialists Detroit: Our multispecialty practice featuring a team of specialists in endodontics, periodontics, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

With general dentistry and specialty services conveniently located side by side, you'll have the opportunity to help patients move forward with a wide variety of treatment plans while supporting practice growth and production goals.

What You'll Do

  • Present comprehensive dental treatment plans with confidence, enthusiasm, and a strong focus on case acceptance.
  • Educate patients on recommended treatment, financial options, and the value of moving forward with care.
  • Drive production by converting treatment recommendations into scheduled appointments.
  • Proactively manage and optimize doctors' schedules, identifying opportunities to fill openings, minimize gaps, and maximize daily production.
  • Follow up consistently with unscheduled treatment, pending cases, and patients who have not committed to care.
  • Overcome financial objections and other barriers to treatment using a consultative, persuasive approach.
  • Present financing and payment options, including third-party financing programs.
  • Collaborate closely with general dentists, specialists, clinical teams, and leadership to meet and exceed production goals.
  • Monitor case acceptance, scheduling opportunities, and sales performance.
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining a strong focus on results.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of dental industry experience REQUIRED.
  • Strong sales background with demonstrated ability to influence decisions, overcome objections, and close treatment cases.
  • Solid understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment planning.
  • Experience with dental scheduling, production management, and optimizing provider schedules.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a goal-driven environment.
  • A confident, assertive, persuasive personality with natural leadership abilities.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Case Manager, Sales Manager, or Dental Office Manager.
  • Experience in both general dentistry and dental specialties.
  • Familiarity with Open Dental practice management software.
  • Experience presenting financing options through CareCredit, Cherry, and Sunbit.
  • Proven success increasing case acceptance, filling provider schedules, and driving dental practice production.

Compensation & Incentives

$25–$27 per hour, based on experience, PLUS uncapped commission potential!

We believe in rewarding performance. In addition to competitive hourly compensation, you'll have access to:

  • Uncapped monthly commission potential based on performance.
  • Opportunities for monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation increases based on performance and established incentive criteria.
  • Significant earning potential for individuals who consistently exceed goals.

Comprehensive Benefits

  • Medical and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Life insurance
  • Short-term and long-term disability options
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Paid holidays
  • Performance-based incentive and commission opportunities

Schedule

  • Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

  • Work across our two connected Dearborn Heights practices
