Position Opportunities

• PRN Occupational Therapist

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy services to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and independence with daily activities.
• Help patients achieve their highest possible level of functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license or eligibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping patients improve their quality of life.
• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience is a plus.
