WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Fill technician parts requests accurately and quickly -- pulling, staging, and delivering parts to the right bay

• Look up Mercedes-Benz OEM part numbers using electronic parts catalogs, and identify the correct part and any supersessions

• Tell technicians and service advisors about backorders, substitutions, and delays right away

• Process returns, cores, and warranty parts per department procedures

• Receive, bin, and organize incoming stock to keep inventory accurate

• Support the parts team with order prep and delivery to the service department

• Keep accurate records in the DMS

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Automotive parts or dealership experience preferred -- candidates from warehouse, logistics, retail inventory, and other detail-driven backgrounds are encouraged to apply

• Comfortable with computer-based parts lookup and a DMS, or quick to learn them

• Mercedes-Benz or European parts familiarity a plus -- paid brand training provided

• Accurate -- you verify part numbers before pulling, not after

• A clear communicator who flags delays early

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
