Floor Technician (Special Projects) – Stripping, Buffing & Waxing

Location: Norfolk   Job Type: Part-Time  (open availability)    Pay: Competitive

Job Summary:   We are seeking experienced and reliable Floor Technicians to perform high-quality stripping, buffing, and waxing services across various commercial sites. This position requires attention to detail, knowledge of floor maintenance equipment, and a commitment to excellence in floor care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform floor care services, including stripping, waxing, and buffing
• Safely operate floor machines (burnishers, auto scrubbers, etc.)
• Evaluate floor conditions and select appropriate products and techniques
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards
• Deliver prompt, professional service with a customer-first attitude

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in floor care is required
• Familiarity with VCT, vinyl, and tile surfaces
• Ability to lift equipment and perform physical tasks as needed
• Strong communication and reliability
