Description
The Fulfillment Wholesale Specialist will be responsible for communication with vendor carriers, verifying the proper documents are being sent with wholesale shipments, receiving products, assisting with retail pending volume and ensuring FIFO is being followed. The Fulfillment Wholesale Specialist may also collaborate with other leads and the Fulfillment Manager on improvements in processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of wholesale orders
- Updating the Wholesale Shipping requirements sheet
- Follow customer specific shipping requirements
- Clearly communicate with various carriers
- Ability to problem solve when issues arise with international shipments i.e. customs clearances, documentation, duties and taxes
- Coordinating Wholesale shipments via multiple carriers
- Receiving product, supplies and other miscellaneous items
- Verify incoming shipments by comparing identifying information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
- Accurately entering product quantities in various systems
- Ensuring we are following FIFO (First In, First Out)
- Updating and maintaining the Real Time Lot sheet
- Keeping Google sheets up to date with product information i.e. New products, Label vcn’s, sku’s
- Assisting with retail orders pending volume
- Follow OSHA, TX Dept of Health, & FDA compliance guidelines.
- Maintain clean supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Google sheets, Microsoft Office
- Shipstation, QuickBooks, Skuvault
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 LBS
- Ability to operate a forklift

- cGMP Training
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified
- Forklift Certified
