Baker & Operator
Description

Bake product in accordance with Zaro baking instructions.  Must have prior commercial baking experience!


Hours for this position: 4pm-1230am

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions including any qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards 
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
  • Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance
  • Ability to perform job functions in hot and/or cold environment
  • Incumbent may be required to squat, reach, bend, pull, push, or be otherwise physically engaged in the course of their shift

General Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Comprehend and Follow baking directions
  • Commercial baking experience  (bagel baking experience a plus)
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse team
  • General understanding of yeast doughs and how they work is desired but willing to train the right candidate
  • Keep work area clean and ensure all safety protocols are followed
