House Attendant - Lobby

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the appearance of the hotel’s public areas, including lobbies, meeting rooms, and other designated spaces
- Perform deep cleaning of assigned areas to uphold cleanliness standards
- Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions, including coffee service and nightly concierge events
- Prepare and arrange meeting room functions according to specifications
- Deliver service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk
- Drive shuttle van as needed to transport guests or staff (property-specific requirement)
- Ensure all public spaces are tidy, organized, and inviting for guests and visitors
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or customer service preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if driving shuttle van)
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
