What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism
• Identify needs, solve problems, and upsell when appropriate
• Document interactions in CRM systems
• Deliver fast, friendly, and effective service every time

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication & multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule (evenings & weekends required)
