Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - Infectious Disease

Inspire Health Medical Group, affiliated with UCSF Fresno, has an excellent opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) in the Division of Infectious Diseases. The selected applicant will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and longitudinal management of patients with a broad range of infectious diseases in collaboration with Infectious Diseases physicians. 


This position includes both inpatient and outpatient clinical care, including hospital consultations, follow-up of complex infectious diseases, outpatient management of antimicrobial therapy, and coordination of care with multidisciplinary teams. The Advanced Practice Provider will also work closely with residents and infectious disease fellows in an academic teaching environment. Additional clinical responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth will be discussed with the Division Chief. 

 

This position is based in Clovis, California, a city offering a uniquely Californian quality of life with exceptional affordability. Located in the heart of California's Central Valley, the region offers a diverse population, abundant recreational opportunities, excellent schools, and easy access to Yosemite National Park, the Sierra Nevada, and California's Central Coast. 


Salary: $130,000 -$145,000 per year

The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation may be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors. Actual compensation may also vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, and/or productivity.

Requirements

Applicants should possess, or be eligible to obtain prior to hire, a California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license. Previous experience in Infectious Diseases or a related specialty is preferred but not required.
