Orthopedic Physical Therapist – Outpatient

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus + $3,000 Relocation Bonus Southern Oregon Orthopedics | Central Point, OR

At Southern Oregon Orthopedics, our physical therapy team works directly with top orthopedic doctors to deliver high-level care from surgery through full recovery.

We are growing and looking for motivated Physical Therapists who want to build a long-term career in a collaborative, high-performance orthopedic setting.  

We have three outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinics across Southern Oregon, located in Grants Pass, Medford, and Central Point


Schedule & Patient Care

  • Flexible scheduling (most PTs work 4x10s
  • 1:1 patient care model 
  • 45-minute treatment sessions focused on quality outcomes 


What You’ll Work With

  • Modern rehab gyms with turf, squat racks, and Rogue strength equipment 
  • VALD Dynamo strength testing, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), and return-to-sport tools 


Career Growth & Development

Team Environment

  • Work side by side with orthopedic surgeons, physician assistants, athletic trainers, and therapy colleagues

About You

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (new graduates encouraged to apply) 
  • Interest in orthopedics or sports rehabilitation 
  • Team-first mindset with strong communication and professionalism 
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-level rehab team 
  • Interest in long-term career development and leadership opportunities 


Your Role

  • Evaluate and treat a diverse orthopedic caseload (spine, knee, hip, shoulder, and more) 
  • Collaborate daily with surgeons and medical providers 
  • Participate in mentorship, education, and team development 
  • Contribute to the continued growth and excellence of our PT program
