HVAC Service & Maintenance Dispatcher

Location: Fairbury, IL (Corporate HQ) - Hybrid or Remote option available
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Compensation: $25-$32/hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Run the Board: Schedule and dispatch HVAC service and maintenance calls across 5 locations, matching each job to the right technician.
• Keep the Day Moving: Adjust in real time when calls run long, emergencies come in, or plans change.
• Own Maintenance Scheduling: Keep maintenance visits booked and on track so our members get the service they signed up for.
• Keep Customers in the Loop: Confirm appointments, share arrival windows, and give honest updates when timing changes.
• Support the Techs: Give technicians the job details, history, and notes they need before they walk in the door.
• Keep It Accurate: Log every call, update, and change so the team always works from current information.
• Know When to Escalate: Flag scheduling conflicts, customer concerns, or capacity issues to the HVAC Manager early.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience. Home services or the trades is a plus.
• Organization: You can juggle many moving parts and still keep the details straight.
• Communication: Clear, calm, and professional on the phone, with customers and technicians alike.
• Tech Comfort: Comfortable learning dispatch software, using Teams, and AI to assist. ServiceTitan experience is a must.
• Mindset: Solutions Driven. When the schedule breaks, you fix it instead of waiting for someone else to.
• Availability: Able to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.
