Direct Support Professional Float
Description

Not Just a Job. A Chance to Change Someone's Entire Day.

Some jobs are about clocks.

This one is about people.

At Rise & Shine, you'll be the reason someone smiles a little bigger, laughs a little louder, tries something new, or finally reaches a goal they've been working toward. Some days you'll help someone cook dinner. Other days you'll cheer them on at bowling, take them to a doctor's appointment, help them land a job, celebrate a birthday, or simply sit beside them during a difficult day.

You'll be a coach.
A cheerleader.
A problem solver.
Sometimes a dance partner.
Sometimes a shoulder to lean on.

No two days are ever the same—and that's exactly why our team loves what they do.
