Full-Time | Part-Time | Contract | 100% Outpatient | Minimal or No Call | Florida

Coastal Pain & Neurology Centers is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician or Neurologist to join our growing, physician-led practice.

Interventional Procedures

Physicians are expected to perform a broad range of advanced procedures, including:

  • Cervical, Thoracic & Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injections
  • Caudal & Transforaminal Epidural Injections
  • Facet Joint & Medial Branch Blocks
  • Radiofrequency Ablation (Cervical, Thoracic & Lumbar)
  • Sacroiliac Joint Injections & Minimally Invasive SI Joint Fusion
  • Small & Large Joint Injections
  • Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) Trials & Implants
  • Dorsal Root Ganglion (DRG) Stimulation
  • Intrathecal Pain Pump Trials & Implants
  • Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD)
  • Basivertebral Nerve Ablation (OptaBlate)

  

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and diagnose acute and chronic pain conditions
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Perform advanced interventional pain procedures
  • Manage medications responsibly and in accordance with best practices
  • Educate patients on treatment options and long-term pain management      strategies
  • Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation

  

Schedule

  • Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time & Contract Considered)
  • Monday–Friday
  • Primarily Outpatient

Qualifications

Required

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
    • Pain Medicine
    • Anesthesiology
    • Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
    • Neurology
    • Related Specialty
  • Active Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain)
  • Active DEA Registration
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical decision-making      skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Preferred

  • Fellowship Training in Pain Management or Interventional Spine
  • Outpatient Interventional Pain Management Experience
  • Experience with Fluoroscopic and/or Ultrasound-Guided Procedures
  • Familiarity with modern EMR systems

Education & Licensure

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Active Medical License
  • DEA Registration
  • BLS/ACLS Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
