REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a deposit operations role; hands-on experience utilizing Fiserv Premier applications is strongly preferred

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check and Transaction Review: Evaluate mobile, remote deposit, and check transactions to ensure accuracy, proper endorsement, and fraud prevention. 
  • Wire Processing: Input and verify incoming and outgoing wire transfers in accordance with established procedures and security controls. 
  • Debit Card & Electronic Services: Assist with card-related inquiries including supporting debit card servicing, maintenance, issue resolution, and fraud/dispute review.  
  • Online Banking Support: Troubleshoot online banking issues such as login access, system errors, and functionality concerns, escalating technical issues as needed.  
  • Reporting & Risk Monitoring: Review daily reports to identify discrepancies, documentation errors, or suspicious activity. 
  • Customer & Internal Support: Provide timely, professional support by researching issues, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with internal departments through phone and email communication. 
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to support team and organizational needs.
