PRC Associates is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our outpatient pain management team in Daytona Beach, Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) who enjoys building relationships with patients, working collaboratively with physicians, and helping individuals manage complex spine and chronic pain conditions. Whether you bring previous pain management experience or are looking to expand your clinical expertise in the specialty, you'll join a supportive team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
What You'll Do
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with PRC Associates, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
- Evaluate and manage patients with chronic pain, spine, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our physicians and clinical team
- Provide ongoing follow-up care and monitor patient response to treatment
- Adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient progress, and physician collaboration
- Educate patients on treatment options, pain management strategies, and appropriate self-care
- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed
- Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Support a positive patient experience through compassionate, professional, and responsive care
- What We're Looking For
- Current Florida APRN or Physician Assistant license, or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current national board certification, as applicable
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and patient education skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care
- Pain management, orthopedics, neurology, spine, PM&R, or related specialty experience is a plus
