We're looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong electrical troubleshooting skills to maintain our growing portfolio of warehouse and distribution facilities. If you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and keeping operations running safely and efficiently, we'd like to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role supporting commercial warehouse operations through preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements. Experience with industrial electrical systems, mechanical equipment, HVAC, dock equipment, or commercial building maintenance is highly valued.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems up to 480V
- Perform preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment and building systems
- Maintain HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical equipment
- Repair and service dock doors, dock levelers, overhead doors, and loading dock equipment
- Diagnose and repair interior and exterior lighting systems, including LED fixtures
- Complete general building maintenance including carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and repairs
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs and capital projects
- Complete work orders and preventive maintenance using a CMMS
- Maintain a safe work environment while following OSHA and company safety standards
- Assist with facility upgrades, inspections, and special projects
- Help maintain tools, equipment, inventory, and maintenance supplies
- Perform seasonal grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, facility maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, commercial maintenance, or electrical maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance
- Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and electrical systems up to 480V
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Experience with dock equipment, overhead doors, conveyors, or warehouse systems is a plus
- Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance management software
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- EPA 608 Certification
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
- Forklift or aerial lift certification
- Electrical license or technical training is a plus

Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds individually (75 pounds with assistance)
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Climb ladders, operate lifts, and work at heights when necessary
- Stand, walk, kneel, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day
- Occasional travel to support additional facilities and special projects
