About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman Electrician to join our growing construction and property development team. This hands-on role will support the electrical installation and maintenance needs of both our new developments and existing properties. The ideal candidate is licensed, dependable, safety-conscious, and takes pride in delivering quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and light commercial buildings
  • Interpret and follow electrical plans, blueprints, and technical diagrams
  • Ensure all installations are completed in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes
  • Coordinate with project managers and construction crews on project timelines and job requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform diagnostics using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Ensure job site safety and cleanliness, adhering to OSHA regulations and company policies
  • Mentor apprentices and support training of junior team members
  • Accurately complete work logs, inspection reports, and job site documentation
Requirements
  • Valid New York State Journeyman Electrician license
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in residential or light commercial electrical work
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a field crew
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in various field conditions
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • A passion for craftsmanship, sustainability, and quality
Salary Description
$38-$45/hr
