What You’ll Be Doing
As a Production / Assembly Associate, you will:
- Assemble window and door components using hand and power tools
- Work on a manufacturing/production line to meet daily goals
- Use measuring tools (tape measure) to ensure accurate builds
- Maintain quality standards and inspect finished product
- Follow safety procedures and company processes
- Cross-train in different departments as needed
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking reliable team members with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- 1+ year of assembly, manufacturing, or production experience (preferred)
- Comfortable using hand tools (cordless drills, screw guns, etc.)
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Quality-focused mindset
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Dependable transportation and strong attendance
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours/day)
- Manual dexterity to operate hand and power tools
- Ability to work overtime when required
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to read and measure to 1/16-inch intervals
- Ability to operate tools such as screwdrivers, saws, knives, pneumatic tools, and battery-powered screw guns
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Ability to meet attendance and punctuality expectations
