Cherokee Town & Country Club, one of the nation’s premier private clubs, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Country Club in Sandy Springs, GA.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment and hot/cold appliances.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine facility inspections.
- Complete general repairs involving carpentry, drywall, painting, doors, fixtures, and other building needs.
- Safely operate hand and power tools to complete repairs.
- Assist with Club and event setups, including tents, grills, and basic audio-visual equipment.
- Read equipment manuals or building plans as needed to troubleshoot and complete repairs.
- Assist with maintaining inventory and ordering supplies and materials needed for repairs.
- Respond to maintenance needs with a safety-first, solutions-focused approach.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous professional maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general mechanics.
- Experience maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment.
- HVAC licensing/certification preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous private club or hotel experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays based on Club needs.

PHYSICAL + WORK REQUIREMENTS
This is a hands-on position requiring prolonged standing and walking, climbing ladders, bending, and occasionally working in tight or awkward spaces. The Maintenance Technician must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work comfortably in both indoor and outdoor environments.
