E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a AOC/IOC-GEOINT Instructor/Content Developer - II to join our team in Fort Bragg, NC in support of United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts, synchronizes, and integrates worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; and delivers linguist support and intelligence related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications, and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community. 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

The ideal candidate will provide instruction, instructional assistance, and appropriate scenario development support for intelligence personnel, teams, and units in support of GEOINT. Provide Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG), FMV (Full Motion Video), Forensic GMTI (Ground Moving Target Indicator), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), and GEOINT Analysis instruction, instructional assistance, and support for intelligence personnel and programs in support of the GEOINT training effort. 

Typical duties include: 

  • Provide instruction, instructional assistance, and appropriate scenario development support for intelligence personnel, teams, and units in support of GEONT 
  • Provide Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG), FMV (Full. Motion Video), Forensic GMTI (Ground Moving Target Indicator), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), and GEOINT 
  • Analysis instruction, instructional assistance, and support for intelligence personnel and programs in support of the GEOINT training effort 
Requirements

 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the following GEOINT modalities: Full Spectrum GEOINT OSG), FMV (Full Motion Video), Forensic GMTI (Ground Moving Target Indicator), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), and GEOINT Analysis 
  • Working knowledge of the GEOINT Enterprise and NGA 
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen 
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance at the required level 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e., NGA College, NSA ADET, etc.) 
  • DISMG Graduate, AOC-G Graduate, Intelligence Collection Planners Course (ICPC) graduate 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
