 About This Role


Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships and driving exceptional client satisfaction? We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering innovative health, dental, and ancillary benefit solutions to companies nationwide. You’ll work closely with a dedicated Account Manager to provide seamless client support, acting as the go-to expert in all things related to group, health, dental, vision, and Ancillary benefit plans.


Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and sustain strong, lasting connections with self-funded client groups, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded at every step.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary resource for clients on all health, dental, vision, and ancillary products, offering comprehensive guidance and expert advice.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with a dedicated Account Manager to deliver high-quality client experiences and provide      proactive, strategic support.
  • Client Onboarding & Retention: Oversee client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing satisfaction, identifying opportunities to expand services and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work directly with key stakeholders to align benefit plans and services with their unique needs,     driving enhanced customer experiences.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and deliver compelling      presentations that effectively communicate benefit offerings and plan information.
  • Problem Solving & Confidentiality: Act with discretion and empathy, managing sensitive client information and      resolving complex benefit inquiries with care.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends to deliver fresh insights and contribute to the company’s growth  
  • Client Communication: Regularly engage clients through proactive outreach and updates, while effectively communicating      client needs within the organization.  and success.
Requirements

  

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4  years of equivalent related experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in the health benefits, insurance, or brokerage space.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • A knack for negotiation with financial savvy to build out a book of business.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience managing complex client relationships.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite preferred.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time within the local regional marketplace (MA, ME & NH).
