Cherokee Town & Country Club, one of the nation’s premier private clubs, is seeking a Full-Time PM Men's Locker Room Attendant to join our Fitness team in Atlanta, GA.
This position is about more than keeping a locker room clean. You’ll play an important role in the member experience—providing friendly, attentive service, assisting members with their needs, and ensuring the Men's Locker Room is always clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready for use.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Consistent Schedule — Work Monday–Friday, 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m., giving you a predictable full-time schedule.
Competitive Pay — Earn $17.00–$18.00/hour based on experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take care of members in a friendly, courteous, and hospitable manner.
- Assist members with needs that arise while using the facility and help resolve concerns.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the Men's Locker Room and its equipment.
- Keep towels, toiletries, and other locker room amenities fully stocked and ready for use.
- Complete routine cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing throughout the shift.
- Follow the PM shift workflow to ensure all assigned duties are completed before leaving each evening.
- Assist with additional housekeeping and event needs throughout the Club when needed.
- Work both independently and alongside the team to create an excellent experience for members and guests.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a similar locker room, fitness, housekeeping, or hospitality role preferred.
- Previous private club or hospitality experience preferred.
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification or the ability to become certified.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.

Monday–Friday | 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
