ARC Health Partners is a managed service organization that partners with clinician-led mental health practices to provide operational and recruiting support while preserving each practice’s culture and clinical autonomy. This posting is a general application for Psychiatrists interested in current or upcoming opportunities within our partner practices.

Psychiatrists at our partner practices provide high-quality comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, TMS services (if applicable), and ongoing treatment in an outpatient setting, working within a collaborative, patient-centered care model. Success in this role is demonstrated through safe prescribing practices, strong patient engagement, and close collaboration with therapy and interdisciplinary clinical teams.

Psychiatrist Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients in the outpatient setting.
• Provide medication management and therapy to a diverse patient population.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Stay current with advancements in psychiatric treatment and research methodologies.
• Make referrals for psychotherapy when indicated and collaborate with all other mental health professionals involved in the patient’s care to ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records completely all documentation in compliance with legal/ethical standards.
• Advocate for clients' needs and rights, including access to psychiatric services and medications.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted medical license in state applied to, or willing to obtain
• Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO) (or Board Prepared if within 5 years of completing residency or fellowship)
• Possess and maintain a valid Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”) number and all other licenses and certificates that may be lawfully required to prescribe medications, including controlled substances.
• Strong understanding of psychiatrist assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic techniques
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions in psychiatric treatment
