Med Techs for Assisted Living Community

Elan Manatee Assisted Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Med Techs to join our vibrant community. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility

- Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care

- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Medication Technician certification

- Prior experience in a healthcare or assisted living setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs

- Knowledge of safety protocols and healthcare regulations
