Compensation: $120,000 - $130,500/annually + Benefits

At Envision Hospice, we believe exceptional patient care begins with exceptional leadership. We're seeking an experienced Hospice RN Clinical Manager to lead and support our clinical team serving Pierce and Kitsap counties.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a compassionate RN who enjoys mentoring others, improving patient care, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily clinical leadership, guidance, and support to hospice nursing staff.
• Mentor and develop team members while promoting high-quality patient care.
• Oversee clinical operations, scheduling, and care coordination.
• Review clinical documentation, orders, and chart audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support patient admissions, field visits, and clinical needs as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services and interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and team efficiency.

• Active Washington State RN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum of one year of hospice RN experience.
• 3–5 years of healthcare management or supervisory experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A compassionate, collaborative leader who enjoys supporting and developing others.
