Job Description

Mars Hill Liquor is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse & Retail Associate to join our team. This position involves a combination of warehouse operations, order picking, inventory handling, and retail store stocking.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, comfortable with physical work, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, organize, and prepare merchandise for store replenishment and distribution.
• Receive incoming deliveries, unload merchandise, and verify shipments.
• Stock and organize warehouse inventory to maintain an efficient working environment.
• Transport merchandise between the warehouse and retail store.
• Stock shelves, coolers, displays, and other merchandise areas in the retail store.
• Rotate merchandise and maintain accurate product placement.
• Assist with inventory counts, product organization, and general inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse and retail areas.
• Assist with additional warehouse and retail operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, stocking, retail, or inventory experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to assist in both warehouse and retail environments.
• Must meet applicable legal requirements for assigned duties involving alcoholic beverages.

Work Environment
