Job description:

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience at Naples Soap Company.

Shift: Friday nights, Saturday, Sundays, and holidays are required working times.

Rate of Pay: $15.00 per hour.

Duties:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge promotions to assist customers effectively.
• Stock shelves and ensure product displays are organized and appealing.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their inquiries or concerns.
• Uphold store policies and procedures while ensuring a safe shopping environment.

Skills:

• Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and cash handling.
• Familiarity with POS systems to streamline transaction processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and team members.
