  • Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent FAA facility construction and buildout projects from design review through closeout and turnover.
  • Build and maintain project schedules, track progress against milestones, and drive corrective action when work slips.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to identify constructability concerns, code compliance issues, and alignment with FAA facility standards and contract requirements.
  • Monitor general contractor and subcontractor performance on site, including schedule adherence, quality, safety compliance, inspections, and documentation; identify issues and coordinate corrective actions with appropriate project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with FAA facility and operations staff to plan work around live operations, including site access, construction phasing, and cutover.
  • Track project cost, change orders and RFIs, and flag budget or schedule risk early.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, systems integrators and trades so facility readiness lines up with equipment installation.
  • Produce status reports, risk logs and briefings for the prime contractor and FAA stakeholders.
  • Support commissioning, punch lists and turnover documentation.

Responsibilities may evolve over time to support team and organizational goals, but will remain consistent with the overall scope of the role.
