What You’ll Do

• Help customers in Spanish and English, at the counter and over the phone.

• Ask questions, listen carefully, and help customers find the right parts.

• Learn to look up parts, check inventory, prepare quotes, and process orders accurately.

• Work with our yard and warehouse teams to help orders move smoothly.

• Follow up with customers and follow through on your commitments.

• Build trust through friendly service, honest answers, and attention to detail.

This is an active customer service and sales role. You will balance phone calls, walk-in customers, and order details. Accuracy and follow-through matter, even on busy days. You’ll have support as you learn, and we’ll expect consistent effort in return.

What You Need

• Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English.

• A genuine interest in cars and automotive parts.

• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.

• Clear communication and comfort helping customers in person and by phone.

• Dependable attendance and the ability to work on site in Douglassville.

Previous automotive experience is welcome, but not required. Experience in retail, restaurants, customer service, or other hands-on work can also be a strong foundation.
