MORryde is an established and rapidly growing industry leader in suspension systems, custom metal fabrication and chassis modification. We are seeking elite welders to join our 1st and 2nd Shift Fabrication Department! All welders have the opportunity to earn production incentive bonuses in additional to their base hourly rate. Our 2nd and 3rd shift team earns a $3-$5 per hour in shift premiums.
Fabrication welders are stationed at a booth where you will be welding custom parts. Because many of these welds are visible on the finished product, we are looking for experienced welders who take pride in their craftmanship and can consistently produce clean, high-quality welds. You would be responsible for setting up the weld machine while maintaining a safe and clean welding environment.
Candidates must possess a positive attitude, excel in a team-oriented environment, and maintain high safety standards. Candidates must also be able to communicate effectively with teammates.
Shift Hours
- 1st Shift- 5:00am to 1:00pm
- 2nd Shift – 1:00pm to 9:00pm
- 3rd Shift - 9:00pm to 5:00am
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Certified welders preferred (MORryde will assist in maintaining your annual certification)
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Team player mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
