Join our dedicated team at Senior Care Management, where we own and operate multiple senior living communities across Florida. We are excited to introduce a new Volunteer Program designed to provide meaningful service opportunities while offering valuable certifications and skill development. This program is an excellent chance for motivated individuals to contribute to the well-being of seniors and advance their personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and promote volunteer activities within our senior living communities

- Complete a minimum of 30 hours of service per month

- Qualify for the certification process through required training and documentation

- Assist in organizing training sessions for certifications such as Med Tech, SafeServe, Housekeeping, and Office Management

- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for other volunteers and residents

- Collaborate with staff to identify additional skill-building opportunities 

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for serving seniors and community engagement

- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Basic computer skills for tracking volunteer hours and certifications

- Reliable, motivated, and committed to making a difference
