This role requires advanced panel-building knowledge, strong blueprint-reading skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. What You'll Do
- Build and wire complex industrial control panels independently
- Interpret advanced electrical schematics and layout drawings
- Install, route, label, and terminate electrical components
- Perform panel inspections and quality checks
- Troubleshoot wiring and assembly issues
- Support testing and factory acceptance activities
- Provide guidance and technical support to junior assemblers
- Assist with process improvement and production efficiency efforts

Requirements

- 4+ years of panel building or industrial electrical assembly experience
- Advanced blueprint and schematic reading skills
- Thorough understanding of industrial control panel construction
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
