Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces

- Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and residents' clothing

- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures

- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas

- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed

- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for residents and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in industrial cleaning, hospitality, or similar environments preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays
