SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

THE HUB & WEST GATE

SALARY RANGE: $68,000 - $75,000 ANNUALLY

FULL-TIME | 40 HOURS PER WEEK

Are you a hands-on property management leader who is excited by the opportunity to build a new community from the ground up?

THE OPPORTUNITY

Stratum is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead operations for our new HUB community and support our West Gate property. The HUB community is currently under construction, with an anticipated start date of early December. The ideal candidate will work out of our Westgate office until the site is ready to work from!

This is a unique lease-up opportunity for a strong, hands-on leader who is excited to help establish a new community from the ground up. The Senior Property Manager will play an important role in preparing the property for opening, building and leading the onsite team, creating operational processes, driving leasing activity, and establishing a positive experience for future residents.

This position will also provide leadership and operational support to West Gate, helping ensure both communities remain aligned with Stratum expectations for service, property performance, and team development.

The ideal candidate is a confident and highly visible leader who is comfortable being boots on the ground. This person will take ownership, step in wherever needed, and balance the fast pace of a lease-up with the ongoing operational needs of an established community.
