Job Summary: The Assistant Golf Professional maximizes efficiency within our starting time system while offering a wide selection of goods and services to meet the needs of a diverse membership. You will run an organized tournament program and keep every interaction professional and courteous. You will also manage golf course operations, especially pace of play and tee times, so every member has an outstanding golf experience.  

Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour  

Schedule: Full time.  

Essential Functions of the job: 

• Maximize efficiency within the starting time system. 
• Offer a wide selection of goods and services that meet the needs of a diverse membership. 
• Administer the tournament program with a consistent and organized approach. 
• Manage golf course operations, including pace of play and tee time management. 
• Respond to member needs promptly and courteously. 
• Carry out all responsibilities in line with the goals and requirements of the annual budget. 
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all daily interactions.  

Skills and Aptitude required: 

• Professional, courteous demeanor with members and guests. 
• Strong organizational skills. 
• Ability to respond to member needs promptly. 

Education and Experience required: 

• College degree. 
• Customer service experience. 
• Handicap of 0 to 5.
