Job Summary: As a Banquet Server, you will collaborate with a team to set up of events, ensure excellent guest service, maintain a clean workspace, and return space to pre-event status. Join our fun and friendly environment.

Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Warmly greet and serve guests for meetings, banquets, and events
  • Set up tables and arrange place settings
  • Food and beverage set up and service according to event specifications
  • Provide timely and thorough customer service in a high energy environment
  • Replenishes guest beverages when needed, and clear tables as necessary
  • Professional and courteous communication with team member and guests
  • Verify guest identification to confirm age appropriateness for alcoholic beverage consumption
  • Work collaboratively with team to ensure a clean and properly maintained workspace
  • Clean and reset banquet facility for future function
  • Must be available to work flexible hours
  • Required Skills/Abilities: 
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Regular and reliable work attendance
  • Ability to carry a tray of capped plates of food in a proper manner at the shoulder level.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Education and Experience: 
  • Must be at least sixteen years old (at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages).
  • TIPS certified within 60 days of employment
  • Wage: $16-$18/hour DOE
