• Maintain active surveillance of the pool area at all times.
• Understand and review all emergency procedures and respond to emergency situations immediately in accordance with WRA policies.
• Knows, understands, and consistently applies safety rules, policies, and guidelines for the pool.

• Minimum age of 16
• Current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification 
• CPR/AED, first aid, emergency oxygen administration.
