Schedule & Patient Care
- Flexible scheduling (most PTs work 4x10s)
- 1:1 patient care model
- 45-minute treatment sessions focused on quality outcomes
What You’ll Work With
- Modern rehab gyms with turf, squat racks, and Rogue strength equipment
- VALD Dynamo strength testing, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), and return-to-sport tools

Team Environment

About You
- Licensed Physical Therapist (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Interest in orthopedics or sports rehabilitation
- Team-first mindset with strong communication and professionalism
- Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-level rehab team
- Interest in long-term career development and leadership opportunities
Your Role
- Evaluate and treat a diverse orthopedic caseload (spine, knee, hip, shoulder, and more)
- Collaborate daily with surgeons and medical providers
- Participate in mentorship, education, and team development
- Contribute to the continued growth and excellence of our PT program
