Summary:

Project manager and primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, with a proven record of implementing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, fostering collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.

• Facilitate Scrum events (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).

• Implement and manage ISO 9001-aligned Quality Management Systems for high-quality deliverables.

• Identify and remove impediments and protect the team from external distractions.

Requirements

Education & experience

DoD secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree, or 9 years of equivalent experience.
CSM or CSP required; PMI-ACP also accepted.
