We are currently looking for an part-time Endodontist to join out team! 

• Flexible Schedule: One day a week commitment from the endodontist.
• Advanced Technology: Use the most state-of-the-art dental technology in the field. 
• PPO and fee for service patients only.

We are offering:

• 1 day a week
• Flexible working hours
• Independent Contractor

Requirements of the position include:

• Graduation from a U.S. accredited four year dental school (DDS/DMD) required.
• Post-graduate of a U.S. Endo program with certificate to practice Endodontics.
• Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Kentucky.
• DEA registration.
• Current CPR (BLS) from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance.
